1. Where do you ship from?

All LuxeBricks orders are shipped from our fulfilment centre in South Africa.


2. How long does shipping take?

Our standard delivery time is 7-15 business days across South Africa.
Processing takes 1–3 business days, and you’ll receive a tracking link when the product is handed over to aramex delivery service.


3. How much does shipping cost?

  • Free shipping for orders R 799 and above

  • R 99 flat rate for orders below R 799


4. Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS or email.


5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure online payments through major cards and local South African payment gateways.


6. Do you offer returns or refunds?

Yes, we accept returns for defective or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.
